The owner requests that the pets included in this booking be allowed to participate in playgroups. The owner acknowledges and accepts the inherent risk of injury to their pet, whether self-inflicted or caused by another dog, as dogs can be unpredictable. By agreeing to this, the owner assumes full responsibility and liability for their pet's participation in playgroups during their stay at Martin Family Doggy Daycare

Our primary goal is to provide your pups with a clean and sanitary environment during their stay while you're away. We understand that occasional accidents can happen. However, if repeated accidents result in damage, a cleaning fee of $75.00 will be applied for every 7 days of your pup's stay
If you are a new client how did you hear about us?
Martin Family Doggy Daycare is a family-run, in-home business. We do not accept liability for any injuries or pre-existing conditions your pet may have or develop during their stay. However, if any issue arises, we are committed to promptly informing you with the details (including photos, if necessary) so that you can decide how to proceed. Should veterinary or other care be required, the pet owner agrees to cover all associated costs in full.
This liability form remains valid for 365 days from the date of submission and will apply to any future bookings made within that period
